DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING 

  • We also offer the following shipping options listed below. Please note the cost of shipping depends on the delivery destination and the weight of the order. At checkout, you will be directed to all available shipping options. 
    • USPS Ground Advantage: 5 - 7 days delivery window 
    • USPS Priority: 2 - 3 day delivery window 
    • UPS Ground: 4 - 5 day delivery window 
    • UPS 2 Day: 1 - 3 day delivery window 
  • We offer free shipping (USPS) when you spend $500+ on all domestic orders. 
  • Please allow 1-3 business day for order processing. After shipment, delivery timeframes vary by destination and depend largely on the shipping method you select at checkout. 
  • Please note, it takes between 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated. 
  • We ship via USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Please allow extra delivery time for these destinations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Soothi customers live all across the globe, so we can ship to anywhere with a mailbox. We usually process and dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. All orders are shipped from California, USA. Please note, international orders cannot be returned.

    • UPS and DHL: 5 - 20 day delivery window (on average) 
  • Extra duties and taxes may apply. This is dependent on trade policies and rules between your country and the United States. We ship all orders from the United States (California). All extra duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
